Membership Level Benefits

 

BASIC Level

Basic level members have all the resources, training and support they need to set up a successful and profitable soft contents division. With on demand wash reports, analytics features, software and wash recipe upgrades, as well as service technician and maintenance support, your iS series model is backed by constantly improving technology and experienced staff on demand.

Basic level members also receive one-on-one support with facility layout and step-by-step wash system installation. After installation, we will walk you through startup preparation, proper operation, and introduce you to the machine options and features.  Designate a key staff member for extensive operator training, certification and annual recertification. This one-one training includes operating the Esporta, preparing, processing, drying, finishing and packaging soft contents. Basic level members also have access to a library of forms, documents, videos, and materials for management, operations and administration, as well as phone call and skype support for questions and help.

Basic level members also have access to soft content processing training and certification. This training goes beyond the operation of the Esporta and the proper wash cycles for processing soft contents. Designate key staff members to become certified soft content specialists by learning “best practices” for soft contents from the pack-out to the move-back. Topics include loss-site paperwork, soft content job scope and the homeowner emergency clothing order. Learn the most efficient way to pack-out soft contents and the tools you will need. Once the soft contents are at the warehouse; sorting, how to build and use your drying room, finishing and packaging techniques and soft content storage recommendations. This processing training also requires annual recertification and is available for new staff that you add as your grow your soft contents division.

Basic level members will also receive marketing training support and materials including a library of sales and marketing webinars.

PRO Level

Pro level members have access to all of the resources available to basic members plus;

Inventory software options and the most efficient way to inventory soft contents to maximize efficiency but have total chain of custody inventory control. Advanced training also goes into much more detail for soft content specialty cleaning. Pro level members also have access to cost saving measures with sessions on choosing the right drycleaning partner and the benefits of the Esporta Physical.

Pro level members will also have access to advanced marketing training and support with marketer recertification and business development, strategy sessions and coaching. Business development includes additional revenue with industrial cleaning opportunities and introduction to the “hub and spoke” model.

Pro level members also receive free attendance to any Esporta Regional Training Event for 2 staff members annually, as well as free shipping on all eStore orders and lifetime extended warranty including consumables, such as; belts, pump tubes, etc... 

PREMIUM Level

Premium level members have access to all of the resources available to Basic and Pro members plus;

High level training for soft content billing to understand Xactimate billing, billing philosophy and goals, bill construction and how to audit a soft content bill. Pro level members will also enjoy our one-on-one bill auditing service for 3 bills a quarter, up to 12 bills a year; with soft content billing recommendations and suggestions by an Esporta billing expert.

High level training also includes sessions and coaching for soft content production workflow as well as expanded inventory software training including; loss site photo-documentation, non-salvage inventory “best practices” and hard content inventory “best practices.”

Additional marketing training and coaching is also available to Pro level members. Our staff has decades of experience in sales and marketing and offer training and insights on how to market and grow your soft contents division and taking your customer service to the next level.

Premium level members also receive PPE fire ensemble NFPA compliant operator training and PPE wash recipes, training guide, test reports, marketing and one-on-one coaching support.

 Premium level members also receive free attendance to any Esporta Regional Training Event for 4 staff members annually, as well as free shipping on all eStore orders and lifetime extended warranty including consumables, such as; belts, pump tubes, etc., freight, and local technician labor cost.
